Shocking reality to you and your likes is it will take a miracle for your Superboy/Justice League 1.5 to make $650m at this point, so brace up for the tsunami coming you guys way... e no go easy for una oh   People ignorantly saying it's just less than 20days and it still have like 60days to go bla bla bla!!! Now, I guess you guys are truly ignorant as to how box office numbers work. So let me school honey-boy and Xavi alonso; often times, that's like 95% of any movie runs (its major monies) always come within its first 20days in the cinemas, and that make up 70% to 80% of its entire run. Now for justice league 1.5 it means even if it still have like 30% money in theaters it will only have a world wide box office cume of $654m, but the bad news here is that Superboy has grossed more than 70% of its entire run and that's the reason I think it will take a miracle to get to $650m...however, if honey-boy and xavi alonso want my advice then who am I not to give them some piece Now the advice is, honey-boy and xavi alonso for this movie to go little up a bit then I urge that you waste all you pays (salaries, if at all you guys work) to take your loved ones to go and fill up the cinemas around you daily, that way it may have a shot Great advice right  |

Superman is already the best performing comic book movie of the year it is 100% a success. Before F4 released you were shouting Galactus is coming now that it's not doing as well as Superman did you wan digress change topic. If you were using your hëâd you would understand nuance and know the reason comic book movies aren't as popular as they were pre pandemic. SMUAG:Honestly, Superman is a win for DC. The film has generated positive buzz for the DCU and excitement for its upcoming films. Per Screenrant, Superman will need to gross $600 million to recoup its production ($225m) and marketing ($125m) budgets, and some prominent box office aggregators said they believe the movie has the legs to reach it. "Superhero fatigue" is real, and 2025's comic book movies felt the heat, especially internationally. Perhaps, more people than ever before are bored with superhero movies. To be released in such an era and just 2 weeks before Fantastic Four: First Steps, Superman is holding up well. Only Lilo & Stitch, A Minecraft Movie, and Jurassic World: Rebirth (for now) have higher domestic earnings than Superman. The last Superman movie, Man of Steel, came out in better times, at the height of the fan hype that Warner Bros. had built from the Dark Knight Trilogy. The next comic book movie (The Wolverine) did not hit cinemas until 6 weeks after Man of Steel came out. If Superman had that sort of breathing room, despite its soft international gross, $700m+ could have been a real possibility. 1 Like |

It will be highly delusional for bots to classified movies with over $660m and $870m (at least 9yrs back) as failures but want to call a Justice League movie of 2025 with box office number of $500m+ a success, all because they can't stomach and accept the abysmal gross... I just dey imagine Supergirl's number if justice league dey tank like this The new slogan for them now is: "the figure doesn't matter what matters is the movie is hopeful, it makes people want to be good (like they were evil before now) and finally people loved it" They called us minority yet the majority could not make the movie do better number Is that not unwisdom Have you seen movies that majority loves before. N2B2:You're not being truthful with your words.. 1, if like you guys claimed that the movie has regenerated buzz among fans then why the box office number says otherwise? No movie the general public loved that will do this kind of numbers. sharp contrast to your claim, so why did the 1st SS that was hated by majority like they wanted us to believe still did over $700m despite coming up from 2 movies you guys claimed were very bad.. 2, you claimed MoS came out in a better time, but the better time you claimed was even the most toxic time that everybody (including non comic book movies fans and studios) were aligning themselves more to the MCU way and never want to give room for something different. Hold on, I know you will want to mention the Nolan's trilogy, but sorry those movies had their time before the MCU rave clouds like 90% of the audience perception on how cbm should be.. That's 2005, 2008 and 2012. MCU stereotyping fully activated after The Avengers movie hit theater that every movies just want to look and sound like it so MoS faced a tougher task than what Gunn superboy/justice league is facing ( if at all it's facing any competition ) cause you and I know MCU has been shitty these days... 3, You claimed Gunn superboy/justice league has a tougher competitions than MoS right, no you lied heavily here... Gunn superboy/justice league have only faced (just) one competitor which is F4 and it was even given a space of 14days (two weekends) and movie that usually perform excellently often capitalized those two weekends to amass like 70% of their entire run at the box office which this movie has failed to do. Now let's go over to competitors faced by MoS during its run; Man of Steel June 14th: VS World War Z June 19th, vs Monster University June 21st, vs Despicable Me 2 June 26th, vs The Heat June 28th, vs White House Down June 28th also... All in same June OH, and you know, what funny about it is; all the movies I mentioned here were super hit!! All did more than expectations! While only just F4 and you guys are claiming like the world is about to come to an end smh... If similar releases were given to superboy/justice league I bet if it will even gross $450m by the end of its run. Please, next time you want to come, come with better points and argument. |
