Be realistic for once. Edo state wasn't Apc state before the 2023 election, so as Delta state and Akwa Ibom. The table has turned around ahead of the 2027 election. Rivers state would likely align with APC, Bayelsa state body and soul have left Pdp why they have it shown any interest in ADC.

Majority of southerners are not ready to vote for another northerner after 8 years of Buhari regime so Atiku coming out to contest is wrong calculation especially when there were two prominent southerners on the ballot.

If its Atiku V Tinubu, then I can guarantee Tinubu will sweep the SS. There's no way SS voters will troop out in large numbers to vote Atiku.

If its GEJ v Tinubu, GEJ will sweep the SS
The best option for the North is to pair GEJ with a young progressive Northerner like the Kaduna Governor. No way can Tinubu defeat such a combination
