I bought this iPhone 11 last 3 months with 90% battery health. Now it is showing battery service with 75% battery health.

I don’t know. But I’m using fast charger and cord(not the normal iPhone charger. It charges fast even with power bank.

The battery was boosted before being sold to you. You are now seeing the real percentage of your battery. This is why I’ll never buy an iPhone from an unreliable source.
