The more EU economy crumble thanks to de industrialization of the EU most of the indigenous EU firms/investors will surely relocate thanks to cost of production & export. As the EU economy continue to go down, their military industrial complex cannot go on a rearmament program in the nearest future, the less their defense industry produce a shovel or hammer, the more they depend on uncle Sam & buy defensive and offensive military equipments from Washington.
