But you people did same thing too in Anambra nau. When you changed all streets bearing ebonyi names and heaven did not fall. Rivers too did it and you didn't label them tribalist why is Lagos own different. What's your obsession with Lagos by the way?

Okay, sorry I categorised all of them as igbo. I was supposed to say non Yoruba. Are you happy now bros?

But do you understand the part of action and reaction?
You saying anambry like I’m from anambra lol..Hmm Non Yoruba is the word but to you guys, non yorubas are igbos..You talking about keeping the houses intact”is it not a thief that will keep someone’s property to himself, that can’t happen again bro..This is the 21st century and things are changing whether you believe it or not..This is a set back not for igbos bro and I’m sure you heard what cash Ola said right?..I rest my case..

You are not hostile to Gino’s but yourselves bro..When the Fulanis claimed Nigeria is their own did you do anything about it??..Kemi is a Nigerian in uk leading the opposition party but did they ever call her an outsider?..Until you emancipate yourself from the shackles of tribalism,Nigeria will not get better..Even Yoruba Dey change street names with fellow Yoruba so changing of names never caused a thing bro..
Bros, except you want to lie to yourself, every Nigerian has tribalism in them. You too that you are talking, you have iota of tribalism in you. Did you support Gbadebo in the last Lagos election? If yes, then you are a tribalist.

Don't forget that Nigeria is a British creation, there is actually nothing like Nigeria, they just created it to govern us ni.

Before the British came, there were Igbos, yorubas, Hausa, Fulani and other tribes . They just created confusion and left.

Can you imagine that they cut some yorubas and put them in Benin republic and Togo only to lump Yoruba and Igbos together... Tell yourself the truth, are we the same? Do we think alike? Do we have the same values? Do we ave the same culture? The answer to these questions is no. Igbos and yorubas ate very different people. Let me tell you this for free, this issue btw yoruba and Igbos will not end untill the country is divided cos we don't have the same value system. Not because Igbos are bad or yorubas are good, it' is just wat it is. The Yoruba and igbo personality can not really cohabit together in peace. That just the truth

Absolutely. Most Yorubas are now fed up of 'one Nigeria' because we know it is impeding our progress and preventing us being the greatest we can be.

Igbos, because they can never read the changing mood of others, have ramped up their incendiary antics, they had always gotten away with before, at a time more and more Yorubas now support what is shown below.

Agitation from from 202I yet Igbos still went on to carry on running battles with Yorubas over GRV in Lagos 2023 election confirming, as I said, that they are insensitive and simply can never read the mood in the room because of that.

At a time more Yorubas believe we are impeded from becoming as developed as we have the potentials to be in the SW, Yoruba will of course be inclined to react even more strongly against those who , with a sense of entitlement, wish to be laying claims on any corner of the SW.

We are now thinking everyone should go and develop their own region optimally rather than Nigerians, as obtained before, thinking they can simply flee misrule they fail to challenge to go and burden others doing the right things per governance.

You cannot proudly and unapologetically mire your own region insecurity to then believe you can flee to the SW and be dragging with your Yorubas hosts there.

This is not a good time for Igbos to continue their traditional "no man's land" pontifications with Yorubas. Walahi.
The Yoruba mainly çaeey the brunt of their stupid one Nigeria and we have to put an end to it.

They not only impede but are actually making us stagnant

It's gotta stop by hook or crook.

Don't rest your case yet bro... We are having a decent conversation. I mentioned the keeping of property intact just to let you know that Yoruba were not hostile to you people from the beginning.

It was after the civil war, that you people felt Yoruba people betrayed you that you started misbehaving grossly. Did you and the Yoruba have any agreement for you to say they betrayed you?

You know when the real issue will come is in 2078. If Nigeria is still together, by then all land will be revoked and given back to the state government according to the land use act of 1978.Thats when the real wahala will start btw yoruba and Igbos in Lagos. I wonder how both tribe will manage the situation.

In case you don't know, all land belongs to the sate government, you buying land is that the government lease it to you to use for 99 yrs, after 99yrs the government reserve the right to take it back from you or you renegotiate with the government. Na that time the real wahala to start.

I pray to still be alive to see how things will play out

The country will still divide eventually. The tension is getting higher. We can't be living like this forever. It might be in the next 100 years or 200 yrs but this country go still divide.

Na you Igbos I pity pass. Cos most of you ran away from your region to be developing other people's region. You people wld be the most affected.

It's not as long as you think ooo. It is just remaining 52 years. By 2077 everywhere go cast.

With the current attitude of Igbos in Lagos, more than 50 percent of them will loose their properties.

Number one, the way ipob went abt it, they can never ever get Biafra like that.

Number two, I think almost all citizens what's the separation but people in government doesn't want this. Even politicians from your area too don't want it. Obviously for their selfish interest.

If we wld separate, we need several dialogue, this will take several years, it cld even be more than 100 years but we need to start. Except we want to fight another war.

During Ambode time, Igbos did not have any preferred candidate. So we can't use that to judge.

Just imagine that there are several Fulanis in abia state. Then the Fulani people because their population is significant in abia, they now want their preferred candidate to become the governor of abia state. To make it now worse, the candidates mother is a Fulani woman.

Pls be sincere, will the people of abia fold their hands and watch Fulani people to install their stooge?

That is exactly what happend in Lagos state btw sanwolu and Gbadebo. You people took it to the extreme, you now made the Yoruba feel that it's because they are friendly to you that is why that is happening.

There are several Igbos in kano, have you ever heard that the Igbos have a preferred candidate in kano governor election?

In the current Nigeria constitution, it's is a crime for a section to want to break out. Peaceful or not peaceful. It' is a serious crime.

So the first thing to do is to fight to review that constitution. If that constitution is not reviewed then anyone trying to break away will be treated as a criminal weather they are peaceful or violent.

Did you forget that the Yoruba thugs did not allow many Igbos to vote during the governor election?

This did not happen during the presidential election. And PO won mostly because of the Muslim Muslim ticket. Most Yoruba Christians votes for po.

Before the election then, people were going from one church to the other doing presentation on how the Muslim Muslim ticket was aimed at islamising Nigeria. Displaying videos of Turkey. It was that period I even know that Turkey was initially a Christian country before it became islamized. This made most Christians to vote for PO.

But now we all know that that is propaganda, nobody is islamising Nigeria.

Most Yorubas, especially leaders who have power and influence, now agree with your bolded. For us, we are fed up of 'One Nigeria' we view as only capable of perpetually enslaving all Nigerians in mediocrity, under-development and failure.

For us, the Horse has fled the stable and Yorubas no longer wish to return to Egypt. Below is what we want and, as a resourceful and principled people, will gain. Only a question of time.

Our pursuit of what is shown below did not start from the 2021 public demand of all SW Governors.

It began formally through the convening of the DAWN commission circa 2012 -2013 when the Yorubas were in opposition .

The same agitation for regional autonomy has endured, below, to 2021 when the SW was part of the centre and no longer in opposition.

This shows, to those who have commonsense, Yorubas principled and enduring dedication to a cause in contrast with those who change mouth daily per what they want.

Bravo !!!
Our growth as Yoruba is not only being stunted but we are being bugged down by one Nigeria. We carry the brunt of this cursed unity.
For the sake of our teeming youths and future generations, something have to give and pronto too.
We have what it takes to be at par with highly developed climes of the world.
Why allow ourselves to be so bugged down ?
It's criminal on the part of our leaders - traditional, social, political and so forth.

Our revered hero - Pa Awolowo - has shown and taught us what we are capable of.
Why wait ?
