I have 2 old systems.
Dell D430 won't power on, but WORKED with a borrowed battery.
Satellite A100 with power socket problem, comes on at random. Possibly a break in the connection.
Location- Badore Ajah Lagos.

Sometimes it takes me to a screen asking me to repair, reboot. I don’t want to select what I don’t know. Most of the time it’s stuck here what do you think could be the issue

Dell D430 won't power on,but worked with another battery.it means your battery is bad.I suggest you insert your own battery in a similar system maybe the one you borrowed from and try check if it will power on the system or if you can still check it in 2 more similar systems to be sure the battery is truly bad.Price of battery now no be beans oo
Satellite A100,Yes a break in power flow i.e troubleshooting the system power section won't be a bad idea.Just have to find out what causes the problem then bridge it.Have you checked the system power pack very well?

Windows OS will never boot to desktop screen once a system file is missing or corrupted.The guy that quoted earlier follow his suggestion but find way and back up your files if they very essential to you before doing a format and reinstallation.
or find a windows OS repair tool to repair and restore the missing or corrupted file instead of going for outright format.

Hello guys. I bought a Dell latitude 7400 2 in 1 laptop in February this year. I have not really used the laptop. When I got the laptop, everything was working fine.

Being that it's window 11, I recently updated the window. After the update it was still working fine. After some days, I plugged in a USB headset to listen to audio. I didn't experience any issue at first.

After some days, I noticed that the touchpad and some of the keys of the keyboard are not responding when I press them. Also, the i key is autotyping by itself continuously like this iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, and when I try to delete using the backspace key or the delete key, they don't respond. I don't know if this is a window or a driver issue.

I have done everything to resolve this issue but to no avail. Went on YouTube but no permanent solution have been found.

Have anyone experienced this issue before? Where your touchpad and keys do not respond when pressed. How did you resolve it?

Please, kindly help if you know the solution.

the Dell battery is dead. It worked with the one I borrowed, but won't work when plugged in.

The Satellite power socket bears looking into, if I can get a good engineer.

That's the battery exactly but getting the power rating is very important.
it is important to install a battery rated for the capacity of the system.You might definitely have issues with the system if you insert a battery with capacity either below or higher than the factory rated value.
I suggest you google your Asusu system model to get full spec info including battery info details.

That's the battery, no doubt... But if it isn't, it won't match due to the sitting of the battery.
