Now you want to save face by twisting the narrative to mean city. We already know that information on Lagos being the largest city and it is a collective effort of all Nigerians living there. If you chase all of them away Lagos will not be the largest.

But does it make sense when a president of a country is talking to is country citizen about rewarding then for a job they did for their country and he didn't mentioned the reward in it's country currency but another country's currency?
I asked again, if it were Japan, china, Russia etc so you think they would have mentioned USD?
