This is old news. This happened way back in January.

This was when the Ooni was in Ghana for the inauguration ceremony of Dr. John Dramani Mahama as President of Ghana.

Did this post say otherwise? Ooni met with him or not?

Eze Ndigbo Ghana, Eze Chukwudi Ihenetu, hosted the Ooni of Ife in his Palace in Accra, Ghana in January 2025.

This was during the visit by the Ooni in early 2025 to Ghana for the inauguration of President John Mahama. The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi was seen conspicuously sitting next to the Ga Mantse who is the paramount ruler of the Ga-Adangbe people of Greater Accra and contiguous areas. The Ga people have some historical connections to Ile Ife from where they migrated from over 600 years ago.

Now, this Ihenetu guy is an ex-convict who arrived in Ghana in 1995 and self-confessed ipob and biafra member (he carelessly said so in a viral video with a Nigerian flag with a coat of arms right behind his chair) who illegally paraded himself as an Eze Ibo of Ghana while irresponsibly using the title HRM or his royal majesty when he is NOT even from a royal family in his village is NOT an Eze Ibo. He even violated the Ga culture and Ga Mantse's order in June 2025 that NO ceremony or should be done in Accra, and that was when this guy gathered his fellow South East Nigeria people to celebrate. The video is out there. These and more including the many relentless heinous crimes largely commited by deviants from the South East of Nigeria for over 15 years right in Ghana based on the names of those arrested by the Ghana Police. The recent bank armed robberies, kidnappings for ransom, human trafficking, hard drugs trafficking, and more yet he wasn't able to solve those crimes commited for yeaes by the bad elements among his people in Ghana which triggered the anger and protests of Ghanaians. Same happened in South Africa.

In FACT that title Eze Ndibo had been BANNED as far back as 2012 but deviants like him continued to use that title. The Ooni and other Obas and Nigerian Kings should have been aware of these FACTS from the original Traditional Council of Ibo leaders in the South East of Nigeria.

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has to be careful about being seen with just anybody due to the FACT that the Eze Ndibo of Thailand who was ALSO arrested by the Thailand Police for advanced fee fraud and other crimes in Thailand was also seen in a random picture with the Ooni. The Ooni's security protocol must screen out whoever is NOT well known from taking photographs with him.

Another so-called Eze Ibo of Australia was arrested in Australia for being a drug baron and running a gang of drug traffickers. It's evidently clear that a lot of these so-called now illegal Eze Ibo's who are chosen among traders who claim to have money are into shady activities.

This happened years ago, long before 2025 when the Ghanaians revolted against the so called Eze Ndigbo.
It happened when the Ooni paid a visit to the king of the Ga people of Ghana, who migrated from Ile-Ife.

Ooni's visit does not give legitimacy to whatever the guy calls himself.
The Ooni is young, humble and accommodating, and he even visits his personal childhood friends. It is the desperate Igbo guy that is using all these pictures to deceive the people that he is indeed a king.

This is how we catch our cruise o. It's not like that title is anything much. We don't see it as a big deal. Him go dey Waka for road, me I go dey Waka for the sane road , I might not even notice it and he too does not even care.

So everybody should chill. It's nothing important. We are not some other tribe that carry kingship for head like gala.

Even as I dey here, I no even sabi the king of my village, if I see him on my way sef, I no go kneel or bow to greet him, I might just hail or call his nickname and continue on my way no be lack of respect. It's very simple, Igbo enweghi eze ( Igbo got no king ) and onye obuna bu eze na be ya ( all man is king in his homestead )

This issue has long been resolved even traditional rulers in igboland have officially abolished the eze ndigbo title outside igboland.
