I believe the Yoruba people seriously need to caution the Ooni of Ife.

He’s steadily diminishing the dignity of what is considered the most prestigious royal stool among the Yoruba. His constant presence at parties and social events is undermining the reverence traditionally accorded to his position.

Can you imagine the Oba of Benin sitting beside that man in Ghana? That would never happen.

This behavior from the Ooni is truly disappointing.

He’s a political Ooni, who obviously had no royal training. He’s an embarrassment to that throne. Any chief can pay and call for his presence and he will show up. This is so shameful, I can’t believe he will stoop this low. He has completely denigrated and reduced the allure of the throne he occupies. What a huge shame.

that's how my people catch their cruise. It's nothing to us. Even here in Awka, I can count ten different houses I have seen such throne like chairs . We see it as ordinary chairs. Tomorrow, I fit make throw away money too and decide I want one for myself, that does not make me less or more than my neighbor. In Igbo land , we see ourselves and other people as equal . Also when it comes to making money , overtaking is allowed. Others might not understand how we roll but honestly it's not a big deal. Ada mo, I was like those other Yorubas always criticizing Igbos till I got to know that Igbos Greatness can never be stopped. I vowed that I will always use my Life to Educate those still fighting Igbos Leadership. Igbos are Natural Leaders of Africa and Black Race, nothing can stop this Truth.
