Great post, great insight.

The thing about pain is that you don't remember it after you've gone through it. Be it at the gym or during childbirth.

So many excuse-givers whining above.

Don't worry. Let the country be your excuse. We know it's not ideal. Let your parents be your excuse. We know they failed in Some areas. Let your background be your excuse. We know it was disadvantaged.

But what are you going to do about it? Keep complaining and whining like a little bitch?

The good thing about life is that it does t care about your feelings.

It's principles are eternal and it respects no one.

Align with life principles and reap the rewards. Misalign and reap the consequences.

You are responsible for your outcome, even if you were not responsible for how you started.

I am also talking to myself.

I'm in pains.
I've endured so much pains in this life.
When will these pains end?
From birth, till now, it's pains.
It's suffering
It's hardship
Death of loved ones.
Difficulty in having a comfortable existence.
None to call on.... I'm tired of everything sef!
It's work work work and work. Work like an elephant but eat smaller than an ant. I've never in my life worked in any place that pays me 50k salary despite being a graduate. Is this not painful?
Look for online skills that can pay you the salary you are aiming at. Learn it first. I made my first $2k online not through salary. Don't forget i have certificate too

It's been said severally, that NO PAIN, NO GAIN. People are not ready to make sacrifices, instead they manipulate their ways round you like you a bad person trying to push them around. Look at the characteristics of such people....they are lazy, lairs, ungrateful, dirty, gossipers, and leeches. Always ready to spend free money and not ready to work for it. Yet, they will keep the blames on spiritual challenges or family issues while they are the master of their own woes. They have no confidence of themselves. And they even take their helpers for granted most time too. Always taking advantages of people helping them out. Look out for them......they could be dangerous!!!.

some people never chop since yesterday morning, which other pain dey greater than the one from belle hunger pains.

How do I explain to my hungry friends that they should embrace their hunger pangs when they can't even find a decent job when they are for sure qualified.

How do I explain to the man whose child was killed for money ritual to embrace the pain?

How do I explain to the family who worked so hard to buy a car but it was stolen at gun point and they are back to square one.

Nigerians are mostly hardy people by default who don't give up. But the location they find themselves make life unbearable.

What more pain can they take before folding up?

The write up make sense but people are suffering seriously that this doesn't even resonate with them
truth be told some posts are not meant for people in Nigeria. Op's post is for people in first world countries that need motivation. Nigerians have never lacked motivation. They only lack an enabling environment to thrive.

It's your choice but one thing is certain, this economic reforms Tinubu is taking us through cannot be reversed by anyone or any in coming government.

Is it the fuel subsidy removal?

Is it currency floating?

Is it the removal of subsidy on electricity?

Which of the current noise markers do you think would reverse it even if Tinubu chooses not to run again?

Absolutely my dear. The worst part is that the economy is making life miserable for even the graduates. And this in turn gives an edge to those who are not educated but living well than the elites

Children of billionaires you say?
Check the family tree and see where the change started.
The ancestors might not be a billionaire.
You are not ready to learn
Who decided that pain is a requirement for growth?

Billionaires' children are human too, and they don’t need to suffer to grow. You’re the one placing unnecessary value on pain as a path to progress, maybe it's you who needs to rethink that mindset.

Pain here is different from hardship. There are some pain you need toove forward.

The pain of learning a knowledge is what sets you apart from those who did not follow through.
Whether you call it pain or hardship, the question remains, why are you people the only ones fixated on that mindset? Others go through the same process of growth, learning, and discipline without constantly framing it as suffering. This obsession with glorifying pain is a sign of a warped perspective, not a badge of honor.

You read and did not comprehend. Billions did not sprut out from nowhere. Someone in the family tree paid the prize

You're the one struggling with comprehension here. What exactly concerns a billionaire’s child about who in their family tree started the wealth? How do you know someone “paid the price”, were you there discussing their ancestors' struggles? You people just wake up one morning and start dishing out unsolicited motivational speeches like it's a calling. Or is this another side effect of hardship in Nigeria

I agree sir, imagine I saw a grandpa selling pure water the other day, I don't even need to hear his sad sales to know what pains he is in.

We are naturally motivated but a lot is killing us

Good, we don hear you, motivational speakers have fed you too much nonsense. Where exactly did you read that the first billionaire in a family must suffer? You're the one reading and comprehending awkwardly. Who told you pain and hardship are mandatory to become a billionaire? Who declared that a universal law? You've let poverty and suffering cloud your ability to reason critically.

Your pman still dey swallow saliva as breakfast, lunch, and dinner that's probably why you could so proudly endorse that kind of motivation. Your response reeks of shallow thinking and a small-minded outlook.
