Tinubu makes all this bilateral MoU's...St Lucia opens a consulate in Nigeria .... whatever St Lucia sends to its consulate in Nigeria is not subjected to inspection nor has to be declared by or to any authority. Tinubu on the other hand can ship out cash ..gold etc. Drugs in ...money out....deposited in off shore banks ...back to the cartels providing the drugs...all using the untouchable diplomatic chute.
