Let us stop pretending and face this thing like adults.

Since May 29, 2023, Nigeria has been in premium survival mode. Fuel subsidy removal, naira collapse, mass hunger, insecurity, job losses, and a government that keeps saying “be patient” while politicians increase their salaries and buy luxury cars with our taxes.

Now imagine if Peter Obi had won that election. Would things be better or worse than what we are facing under Tinubu today Be honest not emotional.

Some people say Obi would have turned Nigeria into Dubai by now. Others say he would still be doing Excel sheets while bandits kidnap people in broad daylight. But let us remember Tinubu told us he was fully ready and came with a so-called renewed hope agenda. Over one year later the hope don vanish.

Would Obi’s “frugality” and “structurelessness” have saved us Or would he have been swallowed by the same cabals he was shouting about
