Naturally ,after God ,,,our parents should be the first Humans we have a duty to honour ,respect and care for. Spending on our parents should be a thing of joy and honor to them which has a great reward and blessings. God even commanded us to Honour parents so that , it will be well with us ...meaning its possible life is not well with some people because they are not honoring their parents. Some are living BIG ..But their parents are living a small life , the kind of life they are living is not honorable. Pls have a rethink ..if you think your parents are in this kind of ugly situation. It doesn't make sense if you pay your tithe, give seeds to your pastor and you can't remember when last you send money to your parents, even if our parents are wealthy, they still deserve our money.

Lets know how much you have spent on your parents this year and also the special gift you have given them.
This is to challenge someone who has not been spending enough on their parents.

“Honor your father and mother; and you will live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.” – Exodus 20:12

So parents are richer than their kids as it should be.

I have given my parents more than I can quantify and I can't stop given.

This year alone,I have bought them food items worth more than 500k just my dad and mum alone.

Money,I give them 100k feeding every month.
Gas 15k every month this is excluding food items.

In six months,I can respectfully say I have given them about 1.2m.

And the sad part of your religious delusions is that in none of the spiritual books you pretend to quote from is it written that the children had to stay back to care for their aged loved ones or be their parents' ATM. Still, nah, that is unacceptable revelation to you all, given that your particular delusions supersede even that presented in those books, right?

There's no doubt you have deep passions, but it's coming out in a destructive manner.

Why not engage the services of an LMFT to help you channel these passions toward a productive outcome, like providing solutions to a problem rather than just criticisms.

I am wondering how it makes sense to disclose to anyone how much i spend on my parents. Doesn't seem to make sense to me. My opinion, though.

The feeling you get when you spend for your parents(even when they have more than you) and they are super excited about the item u bought or the money you gave them - That feeling is up there in the top 3 feeling in the world

My dad has been sick for close to eight years now and for the last two years have been the one taking care of him at least a month I spend close to 100,000 why some months more, while my mom is indebted to one woman about 3 million naira but I've paid 2.5 million remaining 500,000.


I'm not complaining, business is ok and everything is going fine but sometimes it looks tiring.

My dad is even richer than i am, he drives a lexus 350 at 60 and thats his 4th car while am still barely keeping afloat. His fish pond is over 2plots, man is a mafia. He just flex around enjoying while his wife my mom is enjoying meetings and parties.

I bought bouquet of flowers of 150k. And I paid for the replacement of light on their graves.

Spent 400k in all…
