You don't sell water to a cactus - it has adapted to the heat, not realizing not all flora do well in the blazing sun.

I do not hope to convince you, kind sir. No.

I speak to the demography of Nigerians battling skyrocketing inflation and unemployment rates.

I speak to the father of 4 kids who can barely sleep because he dreads the resumption of school by September since his salary isn't increasing and his wife just lost her job because the company she works for folded due to economic challenges.

I speak to the university student who knows for certain her school fees will be delayed and she's in a fix contemplating ditching the home training she clearly got.

I speak to the petty trader who has been forced to sell by the roadside with her 9-year-old daughter, exposing her to the risk of getting hit by the bus driver battling depression because he can't meet up the weekly target of the vehicle's hire purchase.

I speak for the child who has never known what a sheltered life is and the Gen Z who gets offended when she gets called the leader of tomorrow because she's aware enough to realize the current status quo has no place for her.

I speak to these people who make up the bulk of the Nigerian populace and who are armed with their voter cards.

Not to you, sir - you have life easier and disconnected from the realities of everyday Nigerians I see when I go out for the day.

May a better Nigeria be POssible.🙂
Ofcourse, you wouldn't speak for the 232 dead water corporation workers whose salaries were unpaid by Obi for 7 years. Since you and your family weren't affected, Obi is humane and kind.

The exposé couldn't be countered as it clearly shows the concealed inhumane side of your 'compassionate' Obi.

May the souls lost due to their unpaid salaries by Obi continue to rest in peace and may Obi not happen to Naija workers like it did to the 232 dead workers. angry

Lagos state has released a list of 176 Illegal estates in Lagos.

99% are domiciled in Eti-Osa and Ibeju Lekki.

Anambra also released a list too.

I think states should start saving people by doing so. Before Real Estate agents go use HBP, deplete the population of Nigeria

Again, I am not seeking to convince you, sir. Not today or the day after.

A scroll down your Facebook timeline will flash the realities of the everyday Nigerian in your face. But we all already know this.

There's no point trying to convince a herbalist getting proper treatment from a modern hospital with trained doctors in better.

He'd always give anecdotes like someone who dîed of cancer despite modern healthcare to justify why guzzling 'agbo' works best - never mind the positives of modern healthcare far outweigh the negatives.

We already did this is 2022. We cursed, we trolled, we got banned, we aligned and realigned. It's a tired trope.

3 years later, in retrospect, we've all realized the dwindling econometrics care nothing about what side of the partisan divide you and I are on.

We all buy from the same markets, battle the same inflation, incur higher levies ,and have to watch on like incapacitated vøyeürs as our common patrimony is stolen without consequence.

There are fathers, uncles, guardians, brothers and nephews here. By September, regardless of who you fence for, be rest assured school fees will skyrocket because the inflation continues to climb. And you'll man up still because you must.

And none of us can rightly point to Obi as the reason for the hikes. Certainly not the reason wanton killings go on unabated in Plateau or Benue.

So, please deflect with questions dripping in whataboutism while ignoring the realities everyday Nigerians face TODAY.

May a better Nigeria be POssible. 🙂

75% of those estates will not pass the Regularization stage.

I went to Ijebuode last week, and I passed through Epe. All the land don turn Estate.

If everybody is buying lands for residential purposes, what happens when Industrial plans and projects come up?

Abi should an industrial estate that deal with toxic chemicals be situated in a residential estate?

A lot of people will cry when the government eventually decides to go after the estates that don't pass the regularization process.

A lot of real estate companies have sprung up in the last few years laying claim to ownership of several estates along that axis. I have always had my doubt about how all of them could be genuine and duly approved. The way their marketers will swear by all the gods they can think of in a bid to convince u ; they would even claim the estate has a "global C of O".

We might say the government waited for too long to come out with this, but still it is better late than later. At least now that the government is putting this out, those that are yet to start development on the land will put a hold to any of such plans. It is better losing the virgin land now than losing the land and whatever structure they erect few years to come when such property owner may be retired and not have any income hustle another apartment.

So why did Obi do this rascally behavior of giving judges cars. Isn't that a sign of corruption and deserves jail time
Jail time?

You have no moral right to discuss Obi when you line up behind a criminal drug lord and certificate forger.

I mean, I don't get how any Tinubu supporter will have the mind to call out any person for crimes. How?

😂

Even when Raumdeuter attached pictorial evidence of your Obi, your head was so buried in Obi's asss such that you still doubted that he participated in the so-called rascality.

If you are ignorant of Obi's deception, antics and fraudulent ways, no biggie, but when you have been helped with proofs and you are still moving mad like this, then you are eternally foolish.
I have not verified the information. But I have also said it is a rascality which must stop. So what are you bleating about like you have won a contest?

You have no moral right to call out Obi when you support a criminal drug lord, certificate forger, IGR thief, and Donald Duke childhood impersonator. Judicial rascality is child's play for a nuisance like Tinubu.

By the way, they didn't call you for bAgbado Digital Summit?

You're just here wasting your life defending who no send you

Exactly...it's sad that this sort of things are still happening in Nigeria's commercial capital, what's the incentive to invest long-term when you have things like this happening on a regular.

It's a circular that's coming way too late...I can only imagine the anguish the persons that have properties in those places would be dealing with now.

Those estates no just rise up overnight like they do inside fairy tales. One can miss seeing 1 or 2 estates being built, or even 5 to 10, BUT 176?
The circular is very late. There are government officials who should be out on the field doing their jobs who prefer to sit at home or in their comfy offices.

Those workers children school fees, hospital bills and survival money was part of the delayed debt. Maybe their drugs that they should have bought to treat them will know that the governor just decided to "delay debt"

Whenever Obidients point at any governor owing salary, just remind them that its "delayed debt"
