Crazy idea Do they test them at NDA Do they test the police and military This is outside the authority of the Minister People just announce things without thinking through What will it cost and where will the money come from What will they do when a person tests positive What is the purpose In Nigeria That we know what will be the integrity of the tests with corruption as it is What is needed is investment in voluntary anonymous rehabilitation services This is a military solution for a civilian problem Marwa has outlived his usefulness Drug. Abuse is not only about criminal justice but also mental health support |

Good development, but I think the most important thing to do is to initiate policies that can totally discourage our frustrated youths on substance abuse. Denying them admission would only worsen this menance. The two major factors contributing to substance abuse is illiteracy and poverty , which most of these youths are victims.Peer pressure and societal decay can not be ruled out though. The FG and state governors are not encouraging Nigerian youths. ![]() |

So, people not interested in going to school are now free to use drugs? We are mad in this country. Why not clamp on the importers and sellers instead of wasting money on drug test? Or is this another way to syphon money? |

It's a nice initiative but who's paying for it? Going to school in this country is already a luxury and you are thinking of adding more sufferings to the masses that are already complaining of school fees? The government should pay for it. Also, have they tested the numerous senators and ministers of this country that don't think Before they talk? So what are we saying? |
