They can negotiate for better renumerations like they've always done, but the thing is there's a formula for sort of employees in the government employ. If they're getting special renumerations for war-time gallantary, best believe health workers would negotiate same to account for situations like the 2020 COVID situation.

Ultimately, a soldier is doing a job, it's what they saw to put food on the table that they're doing...it's hardly ever a labour of love or charity, especially in Nigeria.

You know, you can't really blame the guy. Maybe seeing his friend travel outside country got to his head,made him feel fly, until reality hit am...he fit dun make mouth or price GLE.

I'm learning to break the habit of expecting people to owe me something just because I helped them. All that "entitlement" and "reciprocity" stuff made me had a lot of enemies honestly. I started seeing people I helped without them returning the favor as ungrateful.

Now, I just help, and I leave it to God. If my mind says don't help, I don't.

But some people are indeed ungrateful and forget easily or pretend to forget.
