Hello what about naira floatation... school subsidy removal ...Mis used of borrowed funds
Image123:
What are these policies? Let's be clear and sure, because aside removal of subsidy which everyone agreed to do. There's no other policy that has caused the inflation that we all complain about. We all knew it was going to happen when the subsidy is removed. it's simple logic.

I don’t know why our government will ever listen to IMF or World Bank, this institution were created to serve and protect the interest of the west at the detriment of third world nations.. Has there ever been a country that prospered by listening or following instructions of this organizations? Any organization that pushes a country to focus more on cash crop than food crop is only enslaving that nation. Africa has more than 60% of the world’s arable land and we keep importing food. The easiest bait for third world nations are loans in USD, when you take a loan in dollars, you need dollars to repay the loan. Our policies should be created by people who have the interest of our country at heart. Maybe it’s due to laziness or nonchalant behavior that makes our government incapable of formulating policies that’s Nigerian focused and Nigerian driven.

The hypocrites are the people attacking this government for implementing the same policies their preferred candidates and parties promise to implement if voted for.
Two people wanted to make money, one chose stealing as his means while the other chose to trade with the little he has as his route.

Same motive , different route.

End!

They packaged a curse and coated it with sugar and sold them to hapless unwise 9ja peeps .

Emilokan has no business with governing a 21st century struggling country like Nigeria.

He doesn't have the range, the technocratic capital to deliver.

Nigerians should drop him like a wet towel come 2027

And by the time the subsidy on electricity is removed by Tinubu, life in Nigeria will become a living hell.

The fuel subsidy that was removed, the proceed isn't reflecting in the quality of lives of Nigeria. Rather it worsen the Human Development Index(HDI) in Nigeria.

And to think that the man in Aso rock is nursing re-election after him and his party plunged the country into poverty and misery is really unfortunate.

During campaign and through manifesto,
Tinubu criticized the multiple rate regime, and promised to “carefully review and better optimise” the FX regime in cooperation with the Central Bank.

Atiku committed to eliminating multiple exchange rate windows and moving away from a fixed rate system, favoring economic liberalization.
https://www.thisdaylive.com/2024/11/04/atiku-fg-should-adopt-my-manifesto/

Obi pledged to simplify and liberalize the foreign exchange market and dismantle the multiple exchange rate regime, advocating a single FX market.

Falana knows nothing about Economics but he is sure right on the fact t ahat there is hardship which eased compared to last year.
Just yesterday,it was revealed that the stock generated more than #25 trillion for the middle class who are mainly the players in this sector.
This is an evidence that the middle class has grown not shrunken.
Things will trickle down greatly in a few months.

Honestly!

The few remaining are the ones who were lucky to have secured fixed assets and are still earning enough to not have to sell them.

Instead of selling their homes to shore up dying businesses in Nigeria, people would rather sell them and jápa.

For now, sha, we dey here.

₦50 can buy you one Tom-Tom. Can also buy you Pure water.

But very soon, you will need ₦100 to buy them.
One Tomtom is N100 at Lekki.

One Scahet Water is N100 at Lekki.

Soon Mainland will follow suit.

I have had this notes in between my books since Year 2023, I just left them there😂

Tinubu's policies are impoverishing Nigerians and there is no hope in sight that things will get better.

₦10 & ₦20 notes have become useless under this regime.
₦50 will soon join.
#50 is useless.
#100 is also useless.

I don't agree that it's Tinubu's policies that is wiping out the middle class. It is Buhari printing 23 trillion into the economy that destroyed the middle class, Tinubu's policies just finished the job.

How is it Buhari's fault and not also the faults of those before him and the one who took over?

What exactly did Buhari do that wrecked the economy? Because I remember things were not this expensive when Buhari was in office. Apart from encouraging Fulani terrorists, I don't see anything else he did wrong that the others did not do including the one in office now
