but it's equally the responsibility of the Father and the mother to guide and provide for the "Kids" and not just to take glories and reject responsibilities.

Not when you have a kid that refuses to learn; apart from hating everything and anything, this kid also blames everybody except himself for all the insensible situations he continues to create for himself all over the world. I will not be surprised if this kid is eventually rejected visas to move around the world.
