Reno Omokri Reacts After Kingsley Muoghalu's Comments About Ethnic Bigotry by Pakute(op): 4:00pm On Aug 05, 2025*

Former presidential aide and prominent member of former president Goodluck Jonathan's cabinet, Reno Omokri recently lambasted the former presidential candidate of the ADC, Kingsley Muoghalu after he advocated for ethnic tolerance.

According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that he never spoke when his wife advised him to invest in Lagos state at his own peril.

The former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and erstwhile ADC presidential flag-bearer, Kingsley Muoghalu recently came under intense verbal scrutiny after he advocated for religious tolerance.

According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that he found it sad that the predominant discourse in Nigeria was based on ethnicity and ethnic supremacy.

"While we are entitled to factual rebuttals or to highlight ethnic irredentist prejudice, I find it sad and backward that the predominant political discourse in our country Nigeria is now mostly based on ethnicity and ethnic supremacy rhetoric." He had written.

Reacting, Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide and prominent member of former president Goodluck Jonathan's cabinet lambasted the Anambra State politician, accusing him of double standards treachery.

According to Reno Omokri, when Kingsley Muoghalu's wife advised him to invest in Lagos state at his own peril, he never reacted. He further pointed out that the former presidential candidate's advocacy were gaslighting.

"Did you say this to your wife when she said, 'Invest in Lagos at your own peril? Until you do, everything you wrote here about ethic supremacy rhetoric would seem like gaslighting." Reno Omokri wrote.

A business man was abducted and killed in Anambra state but every where is quiet. Mo one is claiming Anambra is not safe, no one is asking anybody not to invest in Anambra state.

Do you no in the direction the wife ment by her statement, let's not quick to judge, non of us even Reno knows what came before that statement and after that statement, above all nothing like tribal or religious statement or attack in her personal business advice to her husband except for somebody who have another motive and ajender

Same Morghalu tried to create division amongst the Yorubas using bigotry in his tweet below.

In the tweet below, just replace SouthWest with SouthEast, Egba with Anambra indigenes, replace Yoruba with Igbo, and you would get where he is driving at.

Same way they portray Anambrans as the supreme and most intelligent Igbos over other Igbos from other states in the SE.

Yes I do. It was when Lagos was demolishing illegal structures and buildings in Lagos and Igbos were playing victim and claiming only their houses were being demolished even though statistics showed the demolitions cut across tribes the government was only doing it's job.

Not all of us have selective amnesia.

I don't usually comment on that white bearded London he goat's mischievous post but why are laribah people obsessed with Lagos? A city I lived and schooled in as a child same with kaduna due to my dad's constant transfer by government?

Lagos for heaven's sake is a city built by Nigerian money and a metropolitan one at that. Why have they chosen to profile a particular tribe just because of low self esteem? Same thing Akintola did.
