Shebi you asked for Obi achievements or legacy projects? Don't give me any clues. So here you have it;
Peter Obi's legacy detailed on thread below. Let's not forget how he increased poverty in Anambra.

Go to that area today and see the kind of anti social elements( thugs, alayes, owomida boys etc ) that have long made a mess of it. Even the unknown soldier cenotaph is a place they smoke hemp and other substances
It isn't only in lagos such gentrification happens.

This is also discernable in places like Detroit, Michigan where white flight has changed a thriving city into a ghetto.

If they have stayed a little, no country in Africa will beat us in terms of development as a result of the abundance of natural resources.
You people are so Deluded.

Are you aware that the only reason you can read and write is because of Independence in 1960?

Do you think the British built public schools for the masses?

How many of your grandparents could read and write?

Do you know that literacy rate was under 10% at independence in 1960, compared to 75% today?

Do you know that our first power plant was Kainji dam, commissioned in 1964 by Prime Minister Balewa?

Are you aware that according to AI ChatGPT, Britain owes Nigeria 50 Trillion dollars for its exploitation and looting of the country?

If you disbelieve, go on ChatGPT now and ask it how much Britain owes Nigeria for its exploitation. You will get an itemised calculation. $50 trillion.

I’ve never seen a more deluded set of Africans than Nigerian youths.

You actually think oyinbos love you and want to help you.

Did they build covered drains and sidewalks as they do in the UK, or did they build streets with open gutters and no sidewalks for pedestrians?

Don’t bother responding.

But they ruled you for nearly 80 years uninterrupted!

Why were you not heaven by 1960?

Why are we still having to build basic infrastructure 65 years after they left, if they built anything worthwhile here?

You people are incredibly deluded.

You don’t realise that Independence is the best thing that ever happened to you.

Show us the signs that “superior English” ruled Nigeria for 80 years.

Where is the infrastructure they built?

Show us.

Is 80 years a joke?

When I look outside the window I don’t see anything built by colonialists.

Everything was built by the Nigerian government.

Why? Because everywhere was bush at independence.

For you to say the British “should have stayed longer”, you need to show us what they built here to warrant such an extension.

Yes, that was our Lagos before 'the Developers and smellos' invaded our once neat and peaceful city.

You that loved yourself, what have you done with the power given to you? How has it reflected in the growth of the country?
Other countries that are developed, are they not humans like you?
Why are we not as developed as South Africa and other northern African countries? Do they have 2 heads?
The truth is bitter.

This is a lie. Only pockets of the state would look like UK. The majority would look the way it is now or worse. South Africa is a good example of what whites are capable of. A high percentage of the black populace live in abject poverty.

Britain was supposed to hold on till at least 1997 as they did with Honk Kong before granting independence to Nigeria.
You can go back and call them to come and rule your house and family till the end of this century. As for me, they shouldn't have colonised the country in the first place. We are not doing so wonderfully better than Ethiopia that was not colonised by anyone.

Bros, I was in Lagos recently and beside that same BRT terminal, just under the bridge, Agbero boys still sell cannabis (Igbo) and smoke it openly, just beside the BRT station. The way Lagos has been handled has been disgraceful. Omo oodua ni mi, but I don't support mediocrity. Besides, that was Ambode's brain child, same Ambode that was condemned by the Lagos "power holders".

It was the stupidity and oversabi of Azikiwe and Awolowo that caused the premature independence. Left for the North, they voted against independent in 1956.

Nigeria wasn't matured for independence as at when Britain ran away out of fear.

Those are European looking houses and storey buildings. Look how clean and cute the road looks. How i wished the British were still living in their large numbers here in Nigeria today. Nigeria will be much more better and advanced than South Africa. They shouldn't have gone it was way too early for them to leave Nigeria 😒😪.

Please we need them back please
