The Osun state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) is invited to the wedding of David Adeleke (Davido) in the United States which Governor Ademola Adeleke is attending for a few days.

Spokesperson to the Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed extended the invitation to the opposition after its statement asking for the whereabouts of the state governor.

“Governor Adeleke left Nigeria for the United States via the family private jet a few days ago for the wedding of the global music icon , his beloved nephew, David Adeleke.

“His Excellency is extending an invitation to the opposition party to attend the event and share in the joy of the occasion with the Adeleke family. Those unable to attend may join virtually.

“Additionally, from the November 2022 date, the governor has not gone on official vacation. For this current trip, the Governor has again chosen to make it a short one to continually attend to crucial state functions.

“Meanwhile, the Governor is in constant communication with his deputy, Prince Kola Adewusi who is supervising activities of the government, " the statement concluded.

He grew his fans base in Nigeria but deemed it fit to celebrate a very important aspect of his life abroad...
When they lost their child their fans in Nigeria stood by them to comfort them.. now they do not see any need for their fans in Nigeria to celebrate with them in their time of joy instead to choose to travel abroad...

Nigeria celebrities will climb with their local fan Base and always ditch them when they get up and embrace the foreigners...

We in Nigeria have hardly enjoyed the euphoria of any celebrity celebrations... they either do it abroad, secretly or with so much restrictions...

If you invite crowds for your shows why not invite same crowd to come and chop at your wedding... at least you say una money long so taking care of the guest wouldn't be a problem
