No. The constitution did not say equal share. It only said that such a child has a right to take.

And now here begins the problem which I have solved which is under what circumstance?

Now in truth that pronouncement of Law is right and good and all and I support that which is right and good, however, it is not all right and good.

So, check it, the times when that laws is applied is in situations where the man truly does not mind having other outside children. They are even happy about it. So, they are under that law.

But my case is different, my contract with the wilful participant was clearly "a pleasure only arrangement" which clearly removes a child from the equation. An equation which she also guarantees under the feeling of safe and discreet sex.

So, if she departs from the contract, then it means that she on her own just wanted to have and carry a child on her own. So she and the child have no right to come near my house and my family's property, whether I'm dead or alive
