Obi’s entry into the venue of the ceremony sent jubilation among the audience, with most politicians who graced the occasion swarming his sitting position to greet and have a handshake with him.

I read the article from top to bottom. The context he was talking about is about senate. Unlike some ex governors that pursued senatorial ambition, Obi said he will not join that route.

What is the meaning all these attacks on Obi? Is it to distract us from government inefficiencies?

If only agbados had put their god under the microscope like they are doing for Obi, they would have long realised that the looter of Lagos has nothing good to offer anyone other than himself and his cronies.

Go and verify. Tinubu's mantra while governor of Lagos was Jeun s'oke which was a rallying cry to loot the Lagos treasury along with his band of looters. And loot they did. The result today is over a trillion naira in debt with precious little to show for it.

After he last out in the presidential primary of the PDP, some thought he would go to the Senate and even the person with the senatorial mandate from his district was ready to relinquish the ticket for him just like Akpabio and Umahi did but he rejected and said he won't go to the Senate.
I am not aware of the minister and VP stuff. I only knew he said he doesn't want to be VP to ATIKU.

Wike: I will not accept VP. The context was to be VP to Atiku since the statement was made during the fall out of the presidential primary.

Wike: I am not interested in being Minister. The context was made when PDP was trying to prevail on him to support the party and he was being lobbied to be rewarded with Petroleum Minister. He said he is not interested (not he will NEVER BE) in being a minister.
