I got an email from Google AdSense telling me they've limited my ad serving because my website has invalid traffic. The problem with this is that I've never done anything remotely like what they said meant invalid traffic, including:

"asking users to support your site, offering rewards to users for viewing ads, and promising to raise money for third parties for such behavior. Additionally, clicking your own ads, automated clicking tools or traffic sources, robots, or other deceptive software are also prohibited."

I've never done any of these things. All I've ever done is create great articles, optimize for SEO, publish, and then promote on online forums and social media. Google AdSense won't give specifics about what I've done wrong because they, as they say, they don't want people to circumvent their proprietary detection systems.

This left me in complete confusion as I didn't know what to do to fix the problem. Weeks later, I got another email from Google AdSense telling me my account has been disabled. If you've had a similar experience or know what I can do specifically (I've already read the policy and I know I haven't violated anything), please share with me.

That account is gone bro, you will need to re-appeal but the chances of been successful is less than 10% out of hundred. I will advise you to just get a new account and do a 301 redirect from your old website to the new one.

When you say get a new account, do you mean get a new domain name or that I should apply for a new AdSense account?

You are guilty if you truly scrap emails and send a link of your blog content to these people.

Whether you did or someone else did it on your behalf.

Try again next time that's not promotion it's called spam.

Check your Google console if they didn't send you a message or manual action.

If you've traffic from tier 1 countries us uk and Canada why not go with mediavine growth.(This will not work because other ads company need your site to be in good standing with Google ads Manager)

I really don't like AdSense because the ads cannot be optimized and low rmp compare to other ads company.

You're in a good niche with high rmp why jeopardize everything.
