Research actually says that a vegan diet is more healthy and better. You can get all the nutrients your body needs on a vegan diet.

Carbs are not your enemy, low fiber carbs without protein is. Try buckwheat, sorghum, millets, fonio, etc.
Also eat beans on some days, black beans, pigeon peas, etc.
Eat non-climacteric fruits like water melon, oranges, cucumbers.

You will get all the nutrients your body needs, you will even be healthier, cleaner and stronger than carnivores. Also less susceptibility to various diseases. It is your choice though.
I have actually moved to the Keto diet. Our ancestors were not vegans, they hunted and eat lots of meat.

Your choice, however, a high fat diet is bad for you. Digesting fats are harder and more taxing on the body, plus it also makes you more susceptible to diseases.

Excessive protein intake also puts strains on your body, the body has an extra work of converting some of the proteins to carbs.

What you need is more high fiber proteinic carbs from good sources. Whole grains, beans, legumes and peas.

Of course you can believe what you want and do what you consider best.

Of course my choice! DId you ever see anywhere I asked anyone to follow my diet? I am documenting my personal experience and could care less what others choose to eat. I even disagreed with my personal doctor on my diets.

Hello, this is not to guilt trip you or anybody, I just want to know your views.
When we rear, hunt, trade or consume animals and animal products including eggs, milk or their offsprings. Are we not directly or indirectly propagating the pain and sufferings of these animals, especially when we have the option of a plant based diet?

I will continue for about one year, then slowly introduce fruits and vegetables. The rest of my life, I may never eat bread and , will never eat three meals a day. I am planning on building lots of muscles starting from next week and need lots of protein. I will never eat vegetable/olive oil again. I feel so good now like I am on drugs just by changing my diets. My fear is if I am able to sustain these as I am moving to Nigeria later this year and there are lots of good food in Nigeria. I will try my best to keep this going as much as possible.
Neega the avocado pear is what? Is that not a fruit?

I have now come to hate rice and pasta including breads. I have not had them in a month now and I feel so good. I was so tempted when my wife made yam porridge with dry Ghana yam but I was able to overcome my temptation.
The thing is, when you stop taking carbs and sugars, you lose your cravings for lots of these food, ai have lost cravings for rice and beans and all the high carb food.
I haven’t had rice at home in 2 years!

T2d gone. Bp… mid level…. Was on drugs for 10 years!

My unlock code was sweet potatoes veggies and beans!

That energy boost you keep talking about makes this really attractive.

So do you eat till you're full or you have portions.

Nnamdipapa:
Today, I had lamb, five eggs mixed with buttered beef liver, some fried pacific shrimp. As a matter of fact, I am still eating.

I only eat once yesterday and was never even hungry while preparing this meal. I spent two hour at the gym because of so much energy from my diet.
I left out the Avocado today even though I was sorely tempted.

Your energy level is increasing daily, not because of being helped alone with carnivore diet but also your once a day eating habit known as, intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting increases energy level as from the second week of starting point.

I was on intermittent fasting for six months,
as you continue to eat once a day, your body will get reset as time goes on.
You will experience so many pleasant outcomes.
**You will sleep like a baby.
**Pain will reduce or disappear.
**Your breathing will improve dramatically.
**Others.

In Nigeria, it's extremely expensive to be on keto or carnivore diet.

I wish you all the best.

Pain and suffering or animals? Aren't they meant to be eaten?

That is a big mistake most Nigerians are making, food is fuel for the body to acheive your goals in life. In the nextv10 years your body will tell you.

How forefathers thousands of years were hunters gatherers and they eat for fuel and energy.

I was at a high end restaurant last night and Iwhen I was given a menu, I tried hard to maintain my diet.
I was able to order my food plus tequila and iced water. I felt very good and it was my only food yesterday.
I can basically eat anything I want but I realized my body will pay for it 10years down the lane
Try this with white rice. And thank me later
