No sir. Self con is one room with toilet and kitchen together while one bedroom and parlour self con is 1 room plus 1 parlour , kitchen and bathroom separately.

You're welcome. I understand it can be confusing. But I don't know if it is the standard way of classification but this is how Lagos agents do classify. one bedroom and parlour with kitchens bathrooms also qualifies as a mini flat.

2. It is always flooded whenever it rains heavily
3. It is not advisable for someone who’s relocating to lagos to start living on the island with 500k budget for accommodation (living on the island is very expensive)
4. Traffic congestion, no alternative route
5. No good water

But with your 500k on the mainland, you will get good accommodation in some areas that is close to the capital of lagos (ikeja) places like iyana-ipaja, Egbeda, Alimosho e.t.c with good road network, stable electricity no outrageous prices of things unlike the island. My own cent

It is 3-5 minutes drive to Lagos with good road

He cannot get it with that amount except it is 1 room in face me I face you.
1 bedroom flat and self con currently from Isheri, Idimu, egbe, ejigbo 650k to 750k, 2 bedroom 750k- 1million. depending on th. Governor road sef follow join.
Go and ask agents how much houses are currently.
It is only in Ijegun, Ijagemo, abaranje and okerube , igando maybe Iyana Iba that one can manage to see self con with 500k.

for 500k, You can get this around Badagry and Epe
