What the pilot did is very wrong.

But that's one of the results of lawlessness. The pilot was sure nothing will happen if he didn't take off. See now, the pilot has been suspended but the rude toddler has been released to go home.

The pilot,the airport security,the aviation authority has more fault than a single individual (K1) .
If this had happened in UK/US the pilot may get a lengthy or life ban. K1 will be charged too with ( unruly behaviour)

Not true please, planes are actually somewhat high off the ground. So the pilot can't see things close by, they can only see in the distance. And rely on Air Traffic Controllers (the tower) and ground crew to make sure they can taxi to the runway safely.

AVSEC and Kwam 1 are to blame for this. They ought to have dragged him off the tarmac back to the terminal once he was deplaned.

And that's something I noticed about domestic flights vee recently: you can saunter on and off the tarmac and even ground vehicles fit clear you. They have jet bridges but the airport staff won't put them to use.

Honestly I'm not sure how the designs of the domestic wing of the terminals work. Everyone disembarks on the tarmac and whilst there are buses to ferry people, some people can decide to walk to the terminal, which is a hazard.

In saner climes, security would have been invited to escort the deboarded passenger from the plane, from the tarmac area before allowing the plane to take off. Very distressing incident!

Hardly,
Chances too slim.
Aviation is a very sensitive industry, especially since germanwings 2015 incident.

They should investigate what he was drinking that made him intoxicated to the point of endangering his own life.

He was lucky to escape sudden disaster ,he would have learnt by way of destruction ...if at his age he finds it difficult to abide by Aviation rules and regulations,he should be made to learn in a hard way. His display was unbecoming and very regrettable. He should wise up and get educated ..
