Got a gig from someone in the US, requesting to build, clone or hack a paid Windows driver.

It's a custom windows audio driver, built for a device that's not designed to run windows. I have a copy of the paid driver, which has to be digitally signed and mapped to the target device before it could output sound. The paid license could only be used by the target device and wouldn't work on any other device of the same make and model. I don't wanna go into detail here. If you have it's source code someone can do it .. but not for 50k or is it 50k usd be clear

He must provide the source code . No wise programmer will just take an exe from him

It's illegal to decompile a program you don't own or have rights to decompile
