And was that why she wanted to behead K1 and the other ground staffs ?
She can claim they are already out of her sight and never knew the Agbero was still there causing trouble. APC and everything linked with them is nothing but pure evil. First it was Oshiomhole now this clown.

This is not a value-jet issue only, this is a federal investigation. Crimes committed within the airport is under federal jurisdiction. Minister of Justice can correct me if i am wrong
The airport is under federal authority. The airlines operate with the assurance that the federal government provides adequate security for them to conduct their business.

1. Civil Aviation Act 2022 (Part X, Section 69)

• Offense: Unlawful interference with aircraft operation.
• Implication: Obstructing or attempting to interfere with the movement of an aircraft is a serious federal offense.
• Penalty: Up to 2 years imprisonment or ₦500,000 fine or both.

2. NCAA Regulations – Part 17 (Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority)
• Disorderly conduct, refusal to comply with aviation security protocols, and failure to obey lawful instructions from airport officials.
• Classified as Unruly Passenger Behavior.
• Penalty: Fines, detention, and placement on no-fly lists.

3. Criminal Code Act (Cap C38, LFN 2004)

• Section 249: Conduct likely to cause breach of peace in public places, including airports.
• Section 123: Obstruction of public officers (airport staff, police, aviation security).
• Section 98B: Abuse of office or status to gain undue privilege.

4. Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Act
• FAAN has authority to bar or blacklist anyone whose behavior jeopardizes airport safety.
• KWAM1’s status does not exempt him from aviation rules.

5. Terrorism (Prevention) Act 2011 (Amended 2013)

• Attempting to obstruct a plane may technically trigger an aviation security review under terrorism-related guidelines, particularly if interpreted as interfering with aircraft navigation.
Finallly somebody with sense on this forum. Am wondering why the DSS didnt pick up this tout. He posed serious danger to everybody on board. He should be prosecuted for his stupid and uncouth action.
Security is not the responsibility of the pilot. Immediately he was out of sight, the pilot taxied.

Valuejet is not suing K1 for anything. This is just the wishful thinking of the writer.

They said they won't fly Airpeace again.
Now they have taken their usual behavior to Valuejet

If it was Airpeace they would blamed the airline.
you are too tribalistic.what Air peace was accused of is very true about them and there were fact from even some igbos too. Was the pilots not suspended now but he too need to be ban for atleast sometimes from flying but since it is Nigeria, big men always have their way. The airline is right to sue him. Air peace you are defending is owned by the Jonathan's but using Onyema thier boy as front. Kingsley kuku is the link man and Onyema worked with him during Jonathan presidency.

Nice one! Every werey from Adams Oshiomole, and KWAM-1 should have their day in court
Adam Oshiomohole exposed the foolishness of some of air peace staff who extort passengers and thank God some igbos testify too. Why did air peace suddenly back down from the sue treat. Even Onyema is just a front for the Jonathan's through his boss then, Kinsley kuku who was the head of the amnesty program for Niger delta under Jonathan. Be killing yourself on top another mans properties. Tell us which business Onyema was doing before in Nigeria or outside.

Do you realize who I am? Can you believe such a ridiculous statement? Would he make the same claim in a sane country or even at the international terminal here in Nigeria, with airlines like British Airways, Lufthansa, and others? They should just ban him from flying for many years and make him travel by road. This is pure nonsense!

Did you read your write up at all?
Somethings are just unheard of, which one be run him over? Like say na small pikin wey dey play rough play on a busy street, run him over how? Is he supposed to stand there in the first place?
Why is there so much impunity in Nigeria lately, especially by some group of people that are perceived to be close to power,
What kind of misdemeanor is this,
If the so called influential with affluence decides to live life by showing positive behavior and example will it not be better for all
Spits ***
2 wrongs never make a right,I have condemned kwam 1 already as his behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, however the conduct of the pilot was unpalatable for commencing taxiing when people were still standing right Infront of the aircraft, who gave the all clear to move,he could have killed or fatally wounded those guys especially the unruly passenger who isn't a trained ground operative.

From the look of things and cry of those saying “ why you dey run naaa you for wait” it’s obvious the pilot has been cleared and started the engine before he went there to proof owner of Nigeria, it’s also clear those airport staff were cajoling him to vacate the run way,
If he had died believe me he killed himself foolishly.
Abi plane get side mirror? The pilot have no idea he was there after she had been cleared
Pilot na woman don’t mess with us na we go rule this country in a way everyone will learn discipline

Pilots should have received very clear command from control before they taxiing down the runway no matter the delay and provocation.

His life is more important than the time lost which can even be recovered to an extent or compensated for in cash.

It’s true he got out of her cockpit view but the captain has a duty of care to ensure no one is endangered by her aircraft at all times.

Having to make me run and duck away to avoid a hit from her aircraft was reckless and disappointing for a captain.

She should have as a mandatory safety protocol waited and received clearance from ground staff and control tower before leaving. Infact it’s the duty of the captain to ensure the unruly passenger is restrained and removed from the airport before continuing.

Under normal circumstances, this pilot should even have refused to continue the flight, because she was no longer in right mindset to manage the flight and aircraft.

Her excuse is unfortunately unacceptable.

She needs to take a back seat and get help, before she can fly again.

Thanks for the insight,Malali.

Very incisive and educative.

I hope the law will be applied to teach KWAM 1 a lesson and others.
