The spokesman is just saying theory, in practical, it can't happen. Before the end of this month, k1 will still use either lagos or abuja airport to fly.

When that happens, the NCAA will now say that the ban is only for commercial airlines and it doesn't extend to him using private aircraft.
But a good start at least...Even the outcry and the noise is enough for anyone who still has a shame...eno loju loju nti in yoruba language

What type of useless judgement is this for God sake, Both sides breached standard SAFETY PROTOCOL as required by the INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANISATION (ICAO). The female pilot wanted to kill him. Who moves an aircraft in an escalated area if not with the intent to commit murder. Instead of charging the female pilot to court for attempted murder, they only revoked her license. Rubbish people.
You are too emotional and selective in your judgement .

Nawaoo?

Very bad thing .Same thing Oshiomole did. THEY think they are the law
Be properly informed. Oshiomhole was fighting against the corruption of Air Peace who decided to deny passengers that paid N190k online but decided to allow new passengers to come and pay N250k+ to enter the same flight. And there were many other passengers affected for the flight there who thanked Oshiomhole for coming to their rescue.
Stop confusing issues

You don't know the extent of that license revoked alone.
It can affect her job and other job awaiting her anywhere.
Safety and regulations must be followed in aviation industry.
She must be punished as you said.

Calm down! How can you charge the pilot for attempted murder, haba!
Re: NCAA To Blacklist KWAM1 From Flying In Nigeria For 6 Months by Babangidapikin:
The first question is who cleared the Aircraft for takeoff, I believe there should be someone on the ground and someone at the tower. Obviously, they are no side mirror, and the engine humming is enough for someone to leave the aircraft environment. But we know it is too much power that is causing all this. A senator danced kelebu no one cautioned him, now a musician is going to dance his own tune too. I mean even if they were issues, he should have been escorted away from the tarmac. Tomorrow now some people would choke pilot with weed smoke.

❌ No, you cannot drink your own alcohol or smoke on board an aircraft.

Here’s the breakdown:

---

Drinking Alcohol on Board

✅ Airline-served alcohol:
You can drink alcohol provided and served by the cabin crew.

❌ Bringing your own and drinking it:
Even if you legally bring alcohol on board (e.g., from duty-free), you are not allowed to open or consume it during the flight.

Reason: International aviation laws and airline policies prohibit consuming unserved alcohol for safety and control.

🛑 If you try to drink your own alcohol:

The crew may **confiscate it
You could be labeled intoxicated and face fines or flight bans

---

🚬 Smoking on Board

❌ Completely banned on all commercial flights worldwide:

Includes:

Regular cigarettes
E-cigarettes (vapes)
Heated tobacco products (e.g., IQOS)
Any form of smoking or vaporizing

* 🔥 **Smoking in the lavatory** is a **serious offense**:

* Smoke detectors are installed in all aircraft lavatories
* **Tampering with or disabling** them is a **federal crime** in many countries

---

⚠️ Summary:

| Activity | Allowed? | Notes |
| ---------------------- | -------- | -------------------------------- |
| Drink airline alcohol | ✅ Yes | Must be served by crew |
| Drink your own alcohol | ❌ No | Not permitted to consume onboard |
| Smoke (any type) | ❌ No | Strictly banned on all flights |

---

If you own or charter a private jet, the rules change significantly — but not entirely. Here's what you can and can’t do:

🛩️ On a Private Jet: Alcohol and Smoking
🥃 Drinking Alcohol
✅ Allowed:

You can bring and drink your own alcohol freely.

No restriction on who serves it (unlike commercial airlines).

Most private jet operators stock alcohol by request.

⚠️ Still responsible:

The pilot has the authority to deny boarding or refuse takeoff if you're intoxicated before departure.

FAA (or other aviation authority) regulations still apply to safety and pilot behavior.

🚬 Smoking
🚫 Depends on the jet and operator:

Some private jets allow smoking — but only if:

The aircraft is certified for smoking

The owner or operator allows it

The ventilation system can safely handle it

❌ Many modern jets prohibit smoking, especially charter flights due to:

Cabin material regulations

Fire risk

Smell/cleaning issues

🔥 Vaping/e-cigarettes:

Same rules apply: depends on operator

Often prohibited even if traditional smoking is allowed

📌 Summary Table
Activity Private Jet (Owned) Private Jet (Chartered)
Drink alcohol ✅ Yes ✅ Yes
Smoke cigarettes ✅ Maybe* ❌ Usually no
Vape/e-cigarette ✅ Maybe* ❌ Usually no

* = Only if the aircraft is approved for smoking and operator agrees.

🛑 Legal Reminder:
Even on a private jet:

Pilots must remain sober (strict FAA/EASA rules)

Passengers causing safety risks (e.g. severe intoxication) can still face penalties

Smoking bans may apply in some countries/airspace regardless of aircraft type

So the simple Verdict is for Kwam 1 to come and buy a private Jet
