See, you have global aviation bodies watching to see if sanctions are placed and effectively too. Yes wasiu can through his bolekaja, omo ita, parapo, man know man arrangement bypass such sanctions, but will have have such influence on international airports when ICAO etc decides to sanction him seeing naija sanctions was not effective? Abi do we not realise how serious this matter is that countries, airlines around the world could sanction our airports for not meeting global standards on eg security?
