Maybe there has to be a way for Tinubu to have like a kind of minister in all the states who can work as a representative of the FG in those states. It does not have to be an indigene, just has to be someone who can deliver the goods.

So what was He Wike supposed to do with a budget of over 1 trillion for fct?
Wike is the first minister of fct to have a Single Treasury Acount.

Fct is no longer under FG and that's why Wike is acting like a governor.

That’s how they do in China. You can’t be governor of your province in China. They will post you to another province to ‘serve’.
At the end of their tenure, governors are ranked and the best 4 are picked and nominated for presidential election.

oga there's no lie about this one...I was in Abuja on Monday, 99% of the people I discussed with ,praised Wike...even the 1% that mentioned the land allocation to his family that he was accused of still praised him.

That won't still prevent him from going to jail in a sane working country the money he is using to do the work is not his personal money but public funds. Nigerians are just used to bad governance that's why we praise any little glimpse of good works from our politicians.
