As a matter of fact, this APC government has systematically captured all the state governors, redirecting the resource to them while encouraging them to embark on a meager financial empowerment, so that the masses will continue to depend on them it's a trick to keep the masses more poorer. |

The 10% controlling 90% have over 50% paid slaves(police,army, other security apparatus,NURTW,other agbero units,Market women leaders,Local government touts) etc...among the 90% which makes it easy for them to remain in power.....
