‎Fellow Nairalanders, I’m in a serious financial mess caused by PalmPay.

‎They claimed my account was “fraudulent” because of a **₦2,100 payment for goods** that came in — and used that as an excuse to freeze my account containing **₦251,000**. This is my hard-earned business capital.

‎I have already provided all the documents they requested, including my **CAC certificate** and other business verification details. Still, they’ve refused to release my funds.

‎It feels like they are using my money to run their business while giving me endless excuses. Customer service is unhelpful, and there’s no timeline for resolution.

‎If you doubt my story, check PalmPay’s **Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook** pages — you’ll see countless complaints from other Nigerians in the same situation. You can also visit their offices to witness the frustration firsthand.

‎Please, has anyone here successfully recovered funds from PalmPay in a case like this? Should I involve the police, lawyers, or CBN? I need practical advice on how to get my money back from these people.**

I attached thier response on Facebook... Same thing they sent on Twitter and Instagram... It is just like an automated message

This may not sound helpful to you at this point in time. But in the future, don't store any Serious money with these e-banks o.

I personally use them for disposable cash/instant dispensing - never business or savings. I hope you get the matter resolved soon.

It seems you didn't read my write up.. I said it's for payment of goods at my store...and because of it they freeze my account... I have submitted all the requested documents inclusive of my Business CAC..Even if its a fraudulent transaction as they claim... They should remove the 2100 pending the time they will conclude investigation.. They freeze 251,000 business money and claim it's because of the 2100 inflow and they have been playing games with me.. You can check thier Twitter page, Instagram and Facebook page or better still visit any of thier offices in Nigeria and see people have similar issues

Palmpay do me strong thing 3months ago, i just deactivate/delete my two account with them. There main problem is resolving issues, there customer line, email was not helpful at all, n my location, no office to go n lay complaints. U will call, send email, they will apologize n u will think they r working on it, but nothing. I was so frustrated. I just have to leave them.

Same thing I'm facing now... I have been to PalmPay office... Lots of their users have similar issue without no solution for almost 12 months..0 customer service
