Lagos money stays in Lagos o, I can't live in Lagos cos it will be as if your village is after you when you work for some years without achieving anything with the current country situation, meanwhile it's your landlord and transport that's swallowing all your hard-earned money.

I got favour from God. I live in a condusive room and parlour self contain. I mean condusive. Water no issues, we the two tenants only use a prepaid meter. During festive period landlord always gives me money. Least 10k. All this favour goes for 150k yearly in Lagos ooo

As at last year my landlord increased my rent twice in a year 200k to 250k later 350k in a year this now d flat beside me is vacant he want to rent it for 500k so by this or nest Year we are expecting the increment

I stay in GRA axis in the same Benin and my yearly basic rent is 1.2m
Should I shock you? That's like the cheapest amount for a 2bd modern apartment around GRA Benin city right now. A friend around same GRA is paying 1.8m for same 2 bd

Which Ekenwan or Aduwawa? 🤣🤣
2 bd at Idokpa (after Aduwawa bypass) now starts at 700k and at Egba road now starts at 600k. Same 2bd at Ekenwan road now starts at 500k
