Price of the shares or ownership of shares is not the issue. So many States own shares in private companies. The issue is that
1. Anambra state is not the owner of the brewery
2. Obi did not build it. He only bought shares which is a common thing

He bought a part of shares in a bank, the bank doesn't belong to him. Banking is a service industry not production. NEXT is a supermarket where imported consumer goods are being sold. Obi has no stake in the rice mill, the fact that he went touring during campaign, means nothing.
