this has been on for over a year

every facility is supposed to have an undeveloped setback from the road. that setback is actually govt property

you require an annual parking permit to park vehicles within this setback or to do any development within this set back

if your parking is within your compound and your fence is not encroaching - no problem

last year i think a lot of people in lekki phase one had to move their fences back to the proper setback

where i live on one side of the road. all the houses have encroached. it is very clear because the houses on the other side have the setback

i have been seeing these stickes on other facilities as well

the risk is entirely your own if you park in a place with a warning sticker. so really and truly there is no need for a task force. simply place the sticker and clamp any car that parked there.

all the supermarket needs to do is post a sign cars parked at owners risk

those clowns had no business entering the supermarket

it is revenue generation. in the abroad you are charged for parking in public spaces. you have meter maid, parking tickets, etc

So many people are unwell and unconditioned, last week I saw a slow moving bike graze someone on the roadside, the middle aged man stumbled and rolled almost 6 meters....... You would think he was hit by a London bus.

One thing is certain from that video, the supermarket would be used by the government to set an example.

I really don't see how an elbow would work in that situation sha, at least for someone with normal range of flexibility.
