Jonathan inherited sound economy but unfortunately his lack of capacity to make decisive decisions made a mess of his government. Nigerians are crazy people and largely driven by self-interest.
Leaders must be in charge and must be bold to make a decisive decisions. Jonathan lacked all these qualities. His weakness gave birth to Buhari.

Buhari on the other hand was also not in charge perhaps due to his illness and knew little about workings of the economy.

Tinubu is the only one so far who I believe is fully in charge of his government and making decisive decisions that are shaping the economy.
He has his flaws as humans, I don't like his politics. But he knows that Nigerians are largely selfish people and so that kind of politicking is needed to retain power.
