The answer you seek is called insurance.

Below is how the victims of the India air crash will be compensated by the respective insurers.
Insurance Yes
But the insurance companies will monitor and verify the airline didn't violate T&C leading to the crash

Aviation business is an international business and it is governed by international laws and international agencies.

There are agencies responsible to ensure airlines adhere to safety measures. Insurance companies will rely on this agencies' findings and pay every victim.

You are reading everything wrong based on Ur personal conviction which u are unwilling to change.

I never said airlines are scared of lawsuits hence why the don't forcefully evacuate passengers when they are victims.

All I'm saying is the reasonable thing they should do and which they mostly do is exercise caution in handling issues that has to do with passengers registering their displeasure with the service they provided. They take caution so they don't get slammed with lawsuit which may have been avoidable.

I saw videos of that Ibom lady being dragged off the plane yesterday and in one of the videos the lady's top was torn exposing her boobs. Now we don't know the full story of what really happened but such lady can institute an action against the airline for that. Whether she will win or not; it's not for us non lawyers to decide.

When they airlines try to use diplomacy to deal unruly passengers, it is not because they can't use force but they don't know how the use of force may end. A passenger may get paralyzed when being evacuated off a plane and he or she will Win big damages for injuries suffered.

In fact, airlines and people who own aircrafts generally are mandated by law to buy insurance that will cover them against passenger liability.
Nowhere did I say they should use force on anybody.

The moment you notice that a passenger is trouble, call them to order and insist on refunding them immediately if they will not behave...But they won't do that.

I don't know the story of the Ibom Air, but I can bet that the lady was already showing signs of a problem from the airport. I have driven Uber, and 99% of the time, bad rides start from when they order you.

Simply refund them and ask them to leave because of your rule they are violating, but it is easier for an elephant to pass through the eye of a needle, than for any business to refund you in one hour sef.

I don't mind her standing on business if she is convinced she's right on whatever the issue was but hitting or trying to hit everybody within 10 yards is an indication that nobody has ever returned such favor in her life.

If you behave like a cow or resist arrest, reasonable force would be applied to evacuate you. Irrespective of what happened, she has no reason to hit the purser and even take off her wig. Many Nigerians (ladies) lack tact in handling public conflict. It is what happens when you access service you are not socially prepared for. There are channels to register your displeasure and in this Tiktok era, a <5mins video would have gotten Ibom Air apologising and trying to makeup in some way. But her head didn't process that, she chose to fight.

Looking at her stance and continuous show of violence , she is far from the victim. If she wants to sue, I have a GenZ baddie to handle the case. I will get my commission amd disappear

The Mark of the Beast and 6.

The hysteria that used to be associated with rapture and the end of the world seems to have reduced...it was quite the thing one year, preachers were obsessed about it, so many movies made about it, and even as kids we were always on the look out for signs that signalled the end of the world.

I guess the reduced belief in the end of the world can only mean one thing, that we're in the end times.

But that spiteful woman that tore her cloth should be sacked immediately for a highly unprofessional conduct.

She should be selling onions at Iyana Iba.

If she sues the airline for removing her top intentionally, she would win. That lady deliberately tore her cloth.

The Ibom Air report has confirmed the incident happened aboard the aircraft. I guess that means the suggestion of refund doesn't apply to this case.

That being said, I never said problematic passenger should not be handled by airport security. What I was pointing out to u is that Airlines like normal businessmen generally have a posture of exploring all diplomatic means of settling disputes involving their passengers . It is only when all diplomacy fails they would call security. If they go the way of threatening refund to each and every customer they have issues with.......it won't do their business favors at all.

Airlines sef dey 4ck up wella. Airpeace don move my flight which was around 12.20pm to 6pm before . If people passengers of the flight begin fight dem , e go be like say passengers dey constitute nuisance

Nigeria has truly gone to the dogs, where is our sense of belonging? Where is our sense of shame? Where is our sense of morality and togetherness? And most importantly, where is the VIDEO? cry

So this mumu road is what you're using as evidence of Tinubu's building of Lagos?

Can you dispute any of these?

Mind you I was born and bred in Lagos during Tinubu era
If you were just born in Tinubu era that explains why you do not know about a lot of things especially the state of Lagos pre Tinubu

Since building a brewery is the evidence of good governance you are forgiven

Or people with the coming of internet have more access to information and are able to detect lies and fables nowadays

Many people now challenge religious figures than they used to do

Gone are the days someone will come and say he went under the sea, and was deputy of Satan. In the 90s if you know how many Nigerians claimed to be Satans deputy in the underworld and came for church crusades, even wrote books to make money

Do you have a video, please?
I will like to watch. She has to counter sue, but in the meantime, she should stop taking whatever it is Kwam1 took too.

Modified: I have seen the video. The air hostes was going for the curtain Kwam2 held on to and mistakenly the lady's top got torn. Either way, seeing how it all started, I still think everything could have been avoided by simply walking out of the plane.

Did raye said she as looking for likes and shares
During the black sooth in PH, people complained online and criticized wike, surprisingly he worked on it.
No one was singled out or punished
She said lagos is smelling and standard of living is high, instead of looking for solution she was punished
Same with the nurse lady that posted na our mama be this song, you can't force people to like the government or not criticize them.

Channels that is not working, okay she passed the message punishment was served
What as the government done to reduce the awful smell in lagos(Island) or the standard of living
