The cabin crew are trained to be confident but not unruly. Na your pride make you think they are rude.

Nothing rude about all that. But your pride and know-all attitude will sha make you to start grandstanding, forgetting that they have authority in their zone and can deboard or even call for your arrest.

That lady assaulted at least 5 people on camera including airport security and the hostess. Whoever is defending this girl is worse than her. Both Kwam1 and this lady are very badly behaved.
