freezing of egg doesn’t guarantee that it remain fertile when ready for use. A news thread made it to NL a week ago about a SA woman who froze are egg for many years but when she was ready to have kids, the eggs were no longer fertile. So it’s not 100% safe and guaranteed.

Indeed, it's a FACT that NOT all frozen eggs become viable when needed for fertilization and implantation.

That's a really serious situation for the SA woman and I empathize with her since it seems most of her viable eggs are gone. BUT then again, there are also different country-specific statistics for the success rate of this egg freezing fertility procedure. With growing advancements in stem cell research and AI, it would be possible to have more viable frozen eggs down the road.

Recently, I read about how the use of AI has improved the detection of sperm cells in men who fertility experts couldn't find sperm cells in them using the current fertility methods used for years to detect sperm counts and that's good news for us men. So, AI is absolutely revolutionizing the fertility industry now and down the road.
