KWAM 1 act was more dangerous and shameful. It was a nationwide embarrassment, but, uptill now, no serious sanction where even the pilot has been ban allegedly for life, days later, they're banning a lady who is a nobody without fair hearing or court hearing. If the lady has a good lawyer, she might just have a case here cos we've only heard from one side

Thhis is truly sad. Nobody has even heard Ms. Emmanson’s side of the story before such a severe punishment was decided. Justice should listen before it judges, and compassion should guide our actions. I hope she’s given the chance to speak and be heard.

Any person who, by any unlawful act, obstructs, causes an alteration to be made in the course of, or in any way whatsoever hinders or impedes the movement of any aircraft, which is in motion on or in flight over any aerodrome, is guilty of a misdemeanour and is liable to imprisonment for two years

1) It doesn't say anywhere in the law that what Kwam1 did is an act of terrorism as others erroneously said.

2) The law says hinders or impedes, Kwam1 did not hinder or impede a moving plane, the plane never stopped when he was in front of it, instead he was almost crushed if not for how he quickly moved himself.

Justice must prevail, as what aviation law said the air hostess can prevent her from disembarking. Why was she dragged down. We are really unjust culturally if we support the abuse on her, which law said life of no flight is the punishment. A former lawyer usurping the power of the court. Equity has no place in us as a society. Thanks to Obi for give and honest reprimand.
