a good lawyer can slap civil liability on ibom air for manhandling violence and public humiliation. comfort will just appear crying on tv saying she had a mental breakdown and the unfeeling and wicked ibom air staff decided to beat her up

from the pilot vs kwam1 to this incident - it is actually frightening - the entire cabin crew is supposed to be intensively trained for scenarios like this. instead you have them matching aggressive passengers aura for aura and ESCALATING situations because they are in the right .

I think these two incidents just made Keyamo's job a lot more difficult. Now they need to have meetings with airline operators and agree on a consensus whether Airplane mode is safe for a plane to land and take off or it is outright switching off phones that passengers need to adhere to.

They would also be deliberating on review of the protocol to be employed in dealing with unruly passengers. They would be talking about a whole lot of issues they've not considered before now that will give them headache in the furture.

The man was making calls while the announcement was going people shouted at the man to hang up but no one could attempt to touch or stop him.

Instead of pampering K1 to the plane, they could have told him he wouldn't be able to get through and he would be refunded, unless he ditches his alcohol. Now, a pilot is suspended

They had already boarded, but the plane had not taxied yet. They could have spent few minutes to tell her to either switch her phone off, or they will deboard her and refund her immediately. I am absolutely sure she would have behaved then.

The Embassy has a strict No phone policy. This same person will switch it off there, without much grammar. Why? Because you cannot enter.

They definitely won't go to court to rely on defence based on internet screenshots

People refusing to turn off phones is very common during flights. No one has ever been arrested or preventing from coming down for refusing to turn off their phones. The explanation by Ibom air is more in tune with common sense.

Her behaviour which was also caught on camera gives us an idea of what she would have done off camera.

Seems to me like her friends her flooding social media with "eye witness" account to create soft landing for her.

It is strange that none of them has shared a video. We are talking of Nigerians that can video a drowning man. One person said she went inside toilet and locked herself in while they alighted. Another said she was shoved back into her seat for them to pass.
