The best way to tackle this menace of tenants not paying their rent is due diligence by the potential landlord before giving out their house, ensure they are gainfully employed and have a tight contract, once they default, you boot them out. I rest my case. 2 Likes |

The benevolence they enjoyed did not produce the true love from them that even when the old man died, they did not even come to pay their last respect, may be their conscience judge them say dem lie ..... their Children were attending private schools that time o but living in a free house .... what a scholarship they enjoyed!! |
