Which territory was legally theirs? Need I tell you that Gaza was ruled by Egypt and West Bank by Jordan. All through those times they were ruled by Egypt and Jordan, there was no proposal to establish a Palestinian state ooo. Upon Israeli seizure of both places, the proposal to establish a Palestinian state came up again having already been rejected by the same set of people simply because they would exist with Israel. Well, that claim has not been entertained by the UN so far.

The right Egypt and Jordan had over them is the same right Israel has over them. Case closed.

Neither Egypt nor Jordan had any claims to Palestine and that did not in anyway prejudice Palestinian Rights to Statehood

In simple words, israel has no rights over Palestinians nor do they have any claims to Palestinian territories

Ever since israel's illegal occupation, they've done everything to thwart the possibility of a Palestinian State via settlement building, extensive seizures of Palestinian lands, building checkpoints to divide Palestinian territories, creating an apartheid system with roads running right through Palestinian territories but are for Jewish use alone etc

Even now they've passed a knesset resolution to prevent a Palestinian State

You have no points to argue...the bottom line is you believe israelis own the place due to the Bible, whether you want to admit it or not
