TOPCRUISE:I never like abusing people but after seeing your comment, it felt like there should be an exception. People wey create tax system no go school, go and research, people working in tax office no be people with BSC/HND or M.sc in Taxation. You wey you go school. How much in tax have you paid this year? |

essentialone1:Oga what most guys are doing now, is that they live here but save abroad money abroad. This will get worse from next year when the new tax laws comes into effect in which case the tax office can access your bank accounts. What basically happens is that major money that you see, you transfer to your foreign accounts, when you need money you transfer in bits back to naija. I believe those that know about crypro will also bank money in it. |

When it come to tax they compare Nigeria with western world. But when it come to other things like salary and standard of life they talk another thing. No body supported you and you bring even at the comfort of your home next thing is tax |

COMPAQ:You can not be projecting your life and how poorly raised you were on others. Your parents couldn’t send you to decent schools doesn’t mean it’s the same for others. If you’ve heard peller speak without using his trademark accent/intonation, then you would know he didn’t go to public school like yourself. He came to limelight last year and he’s already been taxed 36 millions for his intellectual properties and yet you support it. You must be someone sent from the pit of hell. |

Tallesty1:The tax law is good. Many tribalistic voters will begin to use their head to vote when they understand that the kind of person they vote for can steal from their purse by diverting their hard earned money paid as tax. Peller must be one of those that voted tinubu through tribalism. Let him feel the heat. Most fulanis, Hausa and yoruba vote irresponsibility based on tribal and religious interest and not based on the desire to see the country ruled by the best non thieving politician. So when I saw the tax law, I was happy because I knew it will bring the lesson home. Only south South people bear the responsibility of feeding this nation since 1960, but with the new tax law, the big men that are targeted for taxing go wiseup |

If you dey wait for Seun to pay you, you go grow Moses. As for Peller, his embarassment of job seekers contributed to this.[quote author=Kastonkastroll post=136438336]Is like these tiktok people are cashing out from that app if not how will the government tax this boy so much. Of course I know tiktok pays some of them just like YouTube and Facebook, but I never knew the tiktok people cash out this big. ![]() Na to go buy ring light and better camera phone suppose be my next plan. |

hopexter:Whether he went to school or not. When you make money by any means, you must pay TAX! Even if you win N1bln via the lottery as an illiterate, you must pay TAX!! You pay tax on your annual income. Low income, low tax, high income, high tax! Coming into limelight recently is irrelevant. The avrage tax rate is about 20%, if he made N180mln gross last year, then he'd pay N36mln tax. N180mln is $116k. Wih all his plenty trending videos, particulalry the nonsense he's doing with that robot girl, he could have made that from Tik Tok and other apps. All the police these celebrities carry about, is it not tax thats used to maintain them? Then the police that should be for me and you, Peller will carry them, but he's not paying tax?? |
