If u are giving to the same people that voted Tinubu because of tribalism then there is something wrong with you. When it comes to begging they don't even like to beg themselves they will look for an Obidient to be begging from

In Abuja, the beggars are so many I wonder where they use to come from. From Almajiri to those with little babies.
Begging has turned to occupation for some of them. They buy umbrellas, raincoat and I use to wonder if they never thought of using the same energy to be doing something for themselves instead of begging.
Anyways, some people said it's their culture. Who am I to condemn it undecided undecided

I rember giving a woman #200 back then in 2016, the next thing she said was that the money was too small. The girl beside me got so angry to point of holding her shirt trying to collect the money back, me and some other people had to beg her to just let the woman go.

I saw a beggar trying to give a fruit vendor change. He raised his jalabia and brought out plenty money from a pouch tied to his waist. After that he continued begging.

That was the last time I gave a beggar money.

I saw one cripple who keeps crawling on the ground from place to place.

I saw him and was wishing how it would have been if that was me....

I started saving money to give him one evening to buy a wheelchair or that bicycle they paddle with hand.

I saved up to 60k and went to where he stays one evening and transferred the money to one mallam POS there to give to him

The cripple was aware and knows me because I give him money from time to time

To this day that cripple haven't gotten even second hand wheelchair or bicycle.

Hello keeps giving me excuses and asking me more money to open business

He was the one who told me second hand wheelchair or bicycle with hand paddle cost below 60k

2 good months and it seems I've been deceived by a cripple

One did it for me but it was on a plane....

We were going to Canada and I jsut saw this aboki girl begging and I ignored her....

So I wanted to go use the plane toilet 🚽 but it was occupied, so I open the plane exit door to pee only for this girl to push me from the back....

I thank God for the sneaker 👟 I was putting on, it was an original one and the moment she pushed me, my sneaker held the plane ground dt I didn't fall.......... The whole passenger on the plane had to collect my number to supply them my 👟 and 👞 because of it quality.

Since that day, I started selling that 👟 and 👞 to people...... Infact many nairalanders have done business with me on this and all went well....

You should give if you have. If you have and you don't give , you are a wicked person and don't deserve mercy.

What do you have that was not given to you? If you talk about entitlement, then you will be in a sorry state as we speak. Give freely as you have received freely. You should be happy you are not in the position of the beggers. If they had any choice, they would not be there

I have nothing to say to you bro. Whatever I have was not because I went about begging people for it. I was not brought up to seek free meals, you earn your keep. I gave value and got payment as a reward.

I'm all for people trying their best and seeking assistance every once in a while to meet up with some responsibilities. But when begging has been turned to a business, then that's an absolute no. Fully able men and women choosing to beg when people with disabilities are even trying to earn a decent wage.

And you're here telling me rubbish.

I feel pity with those guys with disabilities begging on the streets. Not much they can do in a country like nigeria.

In advance countries, physically challenged people got levels more than the full able persons.
There are programs(jobs, friendly environment, incentives, medications, foods) established for dem for their day-to-day activities.

Naija na cast!
