This reminds me of an incredulous incident I happened to watch on TV in 2015/2016 when Dambazzau, a key figure in Buhari's government, had the effrontery to assault our collective senses by declaring that Buhari had defeated Boko Haram! The war had been won! What the army was still fighting then was for the peace!
I couldn't help but wonder: how can you win a war and then keep fighting the same war so you could win the peace!??
I'll never forget that experience in a hurry!
The army is still bogged down over there in the north "fighting for the peace" after defeating Boko Haram and wining the war against same in 2015!
