LaPremiereFemme:The application portal is currently having some issues. Just be patient and try later. As for the transcripts, you are not the one to send the transcripts. It's to be sent by your alma mater to the school of postgraduate studies of the NOUN. |

Enskynelson:Alright, thank you. Please I still want to ask; since the Noun site is currently down, can I apply online now to my former school for them to start processing my transcript inorder to send it to Noun school of postgraduate studies, considering that the process takes like two weeks or so, hopefully by then the site will be fully back? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 9:59pm On Aug 06, 2025 |
LaPremiereFemme:What you need to present at your study centre to get cleared is evidence of application for the transcripts. That is what is required. You can present the receipt of payment or Remita payment receipt as the case may be. |

Enskynelson:Hi there, Applied for PhD admission. Submitted physical copies of all required documents (including the online application form) to the school. It's been weeks now, no response. Is there a time frame for processing admission?
|
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 6:47am On Aug 08, 2025 |
Omcd:PhD admission has a lot of process unlike the other admission. Just be patient, you will be contacted. If you'd need someone to call in the department concerning this, do let me know. |

jman77:1. The other year, it didn't take this long before students started receiving refund for their rented gown. I haven't heard of anyone who has been refunded yet 2. IT/SiWES payment is supposed to be made by the ITF and it's clearly for some programmes. Even those that are in the categories, I have NEVRR heard anyone said s/he was paid this money for years now. I think this complaint should be made to the management for more clarification. 3. Wallet refund... The guidelines is that you apply to the Bursary through your study centre director. Make sure to attach evidence for ALL payments inckudent transfer receipts and bank tellers. After that, you wait for them to process. On this too, my students are often discouraged and I personally haven't heard of anyone who applied for a refund before even knowing the outcome. |

Good Morning Enskynelson. I noticed that the balance money in my Noun ewallet increased from 5, 250 naira to 20,250 naira. I believe this is as a result of the system glitch some few days back. This has been upto six days now and the money in the wallet is yet to be reversed. What do you advice that we do? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 10:13am On Aug 09, 2025 |
HooxJnr:If you are yet to register, pay your regular fees leaving the extra money IF you won't have money to clear a future negative balance. However, if you know anytime a negative comes you can afford to clear it, add money to it and do your registration. Whenever the negative comes up, you pay up and clear it. |

Enskynelson:Thank you for the feedback. I have completed all required payments for the semester. I will just leave it then. |

Enskynelson:Thanks a lot. These were helpful I've completed my registration but the courses I registered are yet to reflect in my portal. Please what do I do? It's been over 3 days I registered. |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 3:45pm On Aug 11, 2025 |
Buzzgal:On the support portal you meant? If that is what you meant, just be patient. They will reflect eventually. Maybe today or tomorrow. |

I have registered my courses for the past two weeks and they are yet to appear on the E-learn portal. I raised a ticket and they said they will appear when facilitation commences but the issue still persists despite that the facilitation has commenced and even some of my colleagues own have appeared. NOUN can be frustrating. |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 10:10pm On Aug 12, 2025 |
daddyseun:You will see them eventually. Don't allow this little one to frustrate you. You will meet up with everything eventually |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Fkj202004: 11:18pm On Aug 12, 2025 |
daddyseun:Send a message to lcms@noun.edu.ng. Attach the PDF file of your examination slip. They will add your courses. An issue was resolved within 30 minutes that email was sent. Send during working hours |

LaPremiereFemme:The semester just started. There won't be a new semester until December 2025 or January 2026. The earlier you do your physical screening the earlier the better so you can do registration and focus on your personal studies. |
