Enskynelson:Thanks but it's still hasn't reflected. Is there something I can do? Someone to report to? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 10:39pm On Aug 13, 2025 |
Buzzgal:If you registered exams and they are yet to appear on the elearn portal, you can send an email to lcms@noun.edu.ng attaching your exams registration slip |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Buzzgal: 8:57am On Aug 14, 2025 |
Enskynelson:lcms responded saying I should send evidence of exam registration slip in pdf format. So I go back to access the exam registration slip only to be locked out saying "Caution: Record of one-off payments not found. Contact DICT." Please tell me what to do? How do I contact DICT? I find this whole thing so frustrating. |

Buzzgal:But you were told to attach the exam slip before sending. So you mean you sent the email like that? Well, hold on. That's a general issue. It will be resolved. |

Buzzgal:*NOTICE TO ALL NOUN STUDENTS* We are aware that some students are currently seeing the message: "Record of one-off payments not found. Contact DICT" when accessing their portals. Please be informed that this is due to ongoing backend maintenance work on the school’s portal. This temporary glitch is a result of system synchronization updates between the payment database and the student records database. *Rest assured:* Your payment records and all other academic data are fully secured in the system. This is not a sign of missing or lost information. The issue will be resolved automatically once the backend update is complete. We kindly ask that you do not flood DMs with repeated complaints or screenshots of this same error—the technical team is already working on it and it will be rectified soon. Thank you. |
